Oral presentations
- Each talk has 10 minutes, followed by 5 minutes of discussion. Session chairs keep strictly to the schedule.
- All rooms have computer projection. Load and check your slides well before the session; the Local Organizing Committee will help you.
- Meet your session chair in the room at least 10 minutes before the session starts.
Poster presentations
- Poster sessions are held on 24 and 25 June 2027. Authors must be present at their posters during their session.
- Poster boards are numbered with the page numbers of the Abstract Book. Mounting materials are available at the entrance.
- Please remove your poster right after your session.

Evaluation
Session chairs evaluate all oral and poster presentations; the best presenters are invited to submit an extended paper to a JCR-listed journal.
