By air
Kraków John Paul II International Airport (KRK) has direct flights from over 30 airports in Europe and the USA. A train connects the airport with Kraków Główny, the main railway station next to the Old Town; buses and taxis are also available.
You can also fly to Warsaw and continue to Kraków by express train (about 2.5 hours) or by a domestic flight.
By rail
Kraków Główny has direct connections with the main Polish cities and with Berlin, Prague, Vienna and Budapest.
