- Online registration closes on 31 May 2027.
- Presenting authors must register and pay by 31 March 2027 – otherwise their abstracts will not be included in the programme and the Book of Abstracts.
The fee includes
- conference participation
- presentation of up to two abstracts
- conference materials
- coffee breaks and lunches
- welcome reception and conference dinner
Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be sent in writing to the PCBBE secretary. For cancellations received by 31 March 2027, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. After this date no refunds will be made; however, the registration may be transferred to another participant at no extra cost. Refunds will be processed after the conference.
